As Mahatma Gandhi once said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." The Nuclear Reality Conference (NRC) will be a zero waste conference. This means that we will attempt to completely eliminate any garbage that otherwise would have been generated from the conference. Please help in managing resources wisely by bringing along the following items:
- A mug, a cup or water bottle
- A plate or a bowl
- Eating utensils
If you are planning on sleeping in the church we'll most likely be sleeping on the floor and you may want to bring:
- A sleeping bag
- A pillow
- A sleeping pad if so desired
- Toiletries
Other items:
- Warm clothes
- Gloves, a hat and a winter coat (if we end up doing anything outside)
- Writing utensils and a notebook to take any notes that you may want to take and for networking
- Information about your group, campus, community, area, state, or region to share with other attendees
- Books and information on energy issues
- Money for registration
- No drugs or weapons
- Good ideas and a great attitude!
